24-hour cancellation policy - cancellation requests must be made in writing to info@gatewayoxygentherapy.com Bookings will not be accepted within 24hrs of the preferred booking date and time. Clients are required to complete a health questionnaire on arrival We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes before your session start time Late arrivals may result in reduced session time
